What’s Happening

UKULELE BAND LED BY BUDDY GRIFFIN January – July; August – December Students in 3rd – 5th grade have an amazing opportunity to learn how the play the ukulele from Buddy Griffin, an entertainer and accomplished banjo player who was inducted into the National 4-String Banjo Hall of Fame in 2005.  Students participating will receive a ukulele to take home for practicing purposes.  Students will eventually enjoy the privilege of performing for public audiences.  The classes will be limited to 25 students.
AFTER-SCHOOL TUTORING January – April; September – November Interested in being a tutor (help 1st – 5th graders with homework) or a reading buddy (listen to or read with a child)?  Volunteers are needed at both locations.  High school students may submit the hours served for approval to satisfy required volunteer hours. Contact the director of your preferred location for more information.

NEIGHBORHOOD KIDZ CLUB IN THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC Neighborhood KidZ Club has now gone international. Bible Club will be launched in 3 cities in the Dominican Republic Fall 2018.
